The Company

Woodhouse Property Recruitment has linked with a leading national partnership, which is currently seeking to expand its team of planners, further solidifying its established presence in the market. We are seeking a Senior Planner to join the team, based in Bristol.

The Role

In this position, you will work on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting planning research, preparing reports for site appraisals, planning applications, and appeals, conducting site visits and client meetings, as well as compiling and submitting planning applications and appeals (including written representations, hearings, and public inquiries).
