    We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi specifically to join our planned maintenance kitchens & bathrooms team Contractually based in Portsmouth, you'll be covering Portsmouth and the South Hampshire area. We'll provide you with a van to use and fuel card for your work travel, so you'll not be out of pocket. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.

  • Here's the facts about the role:

    This is a predominantly lone working position within our planned kitchen and bathrooms team, providing a first-class refurbishment service working in a mixture of tenanted and un-tenanted properties.

    You will be asked to carry out a full range of carpentry and multi-trade works including pre/post work inspections, and plumbing and tiling from rip out, through install to final decoration. This'll involve the full range of tasks associated with the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms – the primary skills we are looking for are carpentry , plumbing , tiling , and decorating so you'll need to have experience in all these areas to be successful. Plastering experience would be a benefit but is not essential. This role will also involve some light admin duties and the use of an electronic handheld device, so you'll need to have some basic tech skills.

    You'll have proven experience of carrying out multi-trade carpentry works (carpentry, plumbing, tiling + decorating as a minimum) so please evidence your experience in these areas on your application form and CV.

    You'll need to have a full, clean, current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) so you can drive a company van. This role is subject to a basic disclosure check/satisfactory driving licence check.
