    Job Description

    Purpose of the role

    • Create the vision and governance for standard Change Management methods and procedures across the organization that supports agile methodology and traditional delivery approaches.
    • Implementation of a Release management process and reporting across all suppliers and organizations.
    • Provide a single point of visibility and control for Change and Releases to enable delivery of all operational services across IAG Tech.
    • Ensure relevant ITIL processes are effective and compliant across internal and external organizational boundaries.
    • Ensure Change related issues that span across multiple suppliers are owned and driven to resolution.

    Accountabilities
    Working in partnership with IAG Tech and the business to:

    • Control the lifecycle of all Changes, ensuring changes are made safely and securely and with minimal disruption to IT services.
    • Ensure that a full risk and impact assessment is performed by the appropriate groups for all changes.
    • Provide the process to reject unapproved changes and deal with appeals and re-submissions.
    • Ensure that adequate testing is carried out on each change and that back-out plans are appropriate.
    • Deliver data analysis on Change Management trends and performance.
    • Drive Continual Improvement initiatives to enrich performance and service stability.
    • Create a release pipeline report and calendar to be distributed to all stakeholders. Provide a centralised view of all releases across all organisations.
    • Work with product and release engineers within each organisation to address risks to release deployment, release outcomes and the quality of releases.

    This role may require travel and working from multiple sites/locations. Willing and able to travel to
    participate in meetings, workshops, and other related activities

    Qualifications

    • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

    Skills

    • Expertise in change management methods, their application, and business benefits.
    • Expertise in release management methods and reporting. s
    • Demonstrates and applies deep understanding of service value and 24x7 operations.
    • Initiates and manages change to help shape the future direction of IAG Tech and O&I organisation.
    • Demonstrates clear leadership skills and an ability to influence and persuade across the organisation at senior levels, leading by example and aligning stakeholder groups around a common vision.
    • Collaborative, open working, resulting in recognition as a valued partner by colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
    • Demonstrates and applies a deep understanding of third-party supplier management principles.
    • Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
    • Fluent written and spoken English.

    Experience

    • Senior level IT leadership, gained in a complex global organisation
    • Proven track record of delivering change to improve IT performance and efficiency.
    • Strong experience of driving compliance to an ITIL process and enabling business.
    • Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
