Job Purpose Statement
To assist the Statutory Reporting team with Statutory Reporting deliverables and general year-end process. Provide assistance with non-routine accounting. Provide regular assistance with reconciliation work and maintenance of spreadsheets / procedures.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time
:

Assist with preparation of Statutory Financial Statements.
Assist with the disclosures for the Statutory Financial Statements.
Assist with the project management of deliverables for yearend process.
Assist with the iXBRL tagging and review process for HMRC.
Assist with reconciliations for Statutory Reporting team.
Assist with Columbia Threadneedle Investments integration projects.

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have
:

Newly Qualified Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
Knowledge of IFRS / UK GAAP accounting standards and Financial Statement preparation / review preferred.
Good analytical skills.
Experience within financial services industry preferred.
Knowledge / experience of Excel essential.
Knowledge of SUN / Workday accounting software desirable.
