Job Purpose Statement
To assist the Statutory Reporting team with Statutory Reporting deliverables and general year-end process. Provide assistance with non-routine accounting. Provide regular assistance with reconciliation work and maintenance of spreadsheets / procedures.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time
:


  • Assist with preparation of Statutory Financial Statements.
  • Assist with the disclosures for the Statutory Financial Statements.
  • Assist with the project management of deliverables for yearend process.
  • Assist with the iXBRL tagging and review process for HMRC.
  • Assist with reconciliations for Statutory Reporting team.
  • Assist with Columbia Threadneedle Investments integration projects.

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have
:


  • Newly Qualified Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of IFRS / UK GAAP accounting standards and Financial Statement preparation / review preferred.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experience within financial services industry preferred.
  • Knowledge / experience of Excel essential.
  • Knowledge of SUN / Workday accounting software desirable.
