    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Finance team as our Head of Tax.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background across Tax Law, Planning, Compliance, Risk and Audits.

    This individual will play a critical role in managing the organization's tax affairs to optimise tax outcomes, ensure compliance, and minimise tax risks.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Ensure day-to-day tax compliance regarding VAT, Corporation Tax, With holding tax, in all jurisdictions working with external providers/ BPO for 20 markets.

    Prepare tax provision and supporting disclosures for consolidated financial statements and local statutory accounts across markets
    Govern and manage tax reporting processes with outsourced BPO
    Manage transfer pricing across the group, maintain group policy and related documentation.
    Ensure intercompany relationships are tax compliant and effective
    Develop tax strategy to show ETR improvements
    Provide tax input into internal projects ie from business/ investors


    Qualifications:
    Extensive experience of leading or managing Tax
    Qualified Tax professional or account (CTA, ACA, ACCA)
    Excellent knowledge of tax accounting and tax compliance
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Ideally worked in international markets
