We are now searching for a Engineering Team Leader to join our Engineering Team at our Bradford Site. Be the lead engineer on site in the absence of the engineering FLM's (out of office hours)
Responsible for work log completion and shift handover
To drive continuous improvement ideas and assist in cost savings initiatives or any projects given
Work closely with Manufacturing FLM's to assist in delivering broader site KPI's (Waste, OEE)
Provide specific detail of breakdown incidents and remedial actions to engineering FLM's
Manage external contractors on site out of office hours
Recognised Engineering degree or apprenticeship
Bakery or food industry experience (FMCG)
Be adaptable, flexible and demonstrate a willingness to accept changes in operational requirements at short notice
This is a full time, permanent position working shifts (4 on 4 off) based at our Bradford Bakery.
