Description

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert guidance and assistance throughout their purchasing journey.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and problem resolution
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate financial services
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
From £23,944.44 per year
