- Design, implement, and maintain complex network solutions.
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and access points using CLI.
- Administer and optimize Cisco SD-WAN solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Meraki wireless networks.
- Monitor and maintain network health using SolarWinds or similar tools.
- Utilize Cisco DNA Center for network automation and management.
- Implement and manage both Layer 2 and Layer 3 network environments, including networks operating with OSPF and BGP routing protocols
- Configure and manage Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) firewalls.
- Administer and optimize Zscaler Zero Trust Internet Access (ZIA) and Zero Trust Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operation.

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Cisco CLI, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco and Meraki wireless, L2 and L3 networks, Cisco FTD/FMC, Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Hybrid requirements:
- Successful candidates are required to work in the office 3 days per week if within a commutable distance from Head Office.
- Candidates who are located more than 2 hours away from Head Office will be required to attend in-person for 3 consecutive days every 3 weeks.
