Job Specification:
Logistics Administrator


Key Responsibilities:


Transportation Management:


  • Arrange and track shipments, including negotiating rates with carriers.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Prepare shipping documents, such as Commercial Invoices and customs forms.
  • Generating and maintaining reports on all shipments, including but not limited to, Purchase Orders, Tracking Consignments, Chasing POD's and updating the internal CRM.

Customer Service:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve logisticsrelated issues promptly through our couriers.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Pass in English and Mathematics a minimum requirement.
  • Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problemsolving aptitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£19,500.00-£22,500.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
