Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday 16:30pm – 1:30am, 30 minutes lunch
Do have a passion for health & safety with experience of supervising a Production Line in a fast past Production facility?
Well, we are looking to recruit a working Supervisor to join our Production team in Manchester

Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and management of all production activities including the health & safety within the Production Line on the late shift , whilst assisting the Assistant Production Manager .

As you will be managing a small team , it will be your responsibility to effectively manage employee relations such as payroll, absence management, disciplinary & grievances .

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role in a ISO9001:2015 environment along with experience in production processes including an understanding of 5S , lean manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TMP).

A counterbalance , reach and forklift licence is essential however, FTL training will be provided.
