Receptionist Administrator part time 25 hours a week Monday to Friday

To provide a high quality first point of contact for residents, visitors and callers contacting or visiting the Association,


To assist colleagues in providing an efficient and responsive service to residents and customers, providing administrative support, and creating and maintaining records on the Housing & Maintenance Management system.

Key Accountabilities

  • Answer routine enquiries and providing general advice.
  • Repairs and maintenance enquiries, taking repair requests, placing work orders, liaising with residents and colleagues.
  • Support all departments with general administration
  • Set up meeting rooms and arrange refreshment
  • Manage meeting room diary
  • Support to arrange viewings to potential residents of properties
  • Responsible for the maintenance of stationery and office equipment and seek value for money from suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues as required.


This is a front of house receptionist administration position, you need to be able to multi-task and remain calm and professional at all times.

Previous experience is essential, and experience within Sheltered or social housing beneficial
