Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated General Operatives to join our cleints team in Pershore. The selected candidates will be responsible for stripping out units in preparation for refurbishment. This will include removing flooring, ceilings, sinks, and other fixtures in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the stripping out of units according to project requirements.
• Safely remove flooring, ceilings, sinks, and other fixtures.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to travel between sites. Pershore - Throckmorten.
