    We're looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our technical delivery team. We want someone who has a passion for web development, coding, problem solving, and offering support to clients and colleagues. The position requires individuals to have a firm grasp of our product and be able to offer our clients bespoke solutions to their feasibility requests or integration problems. As a solution engineer, you will be exposed to both the client services as well as the engineering side of the business. We work with the client services and product teams to come up with solutions for clients' demands, then consult with engineers about our proposed plans to ensure we are taking the best approach given our provided infrastructure. Every day is unique in that there is always a new problem to solve.

    Working as part of a high performing team, you will be required to carry out several functions including feature development, creation of third-party integrations, creation of bespoke campaigns, and offering support to the rest of our international technical delivery team.

    In this role you will:

    • Be exposed to third-party web development tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and various third-party APIs.
    • Help design supportable, scalable technology solutions based on your evaluation of technical requirements supplied by our clients.
    • Drive innovation by developing bespoke new campaign formats with the latest web development technologies.
    • Provide in-depth knowledge and guidance of the Yieldify platform to inform technical decision making and project planning.
    • Bug spot, bug fix, and effectively coordinate between Engineering and commercial teams.
    • Dive into the technical setup of a campaign that is not functioning correctly, providing a scalable fix where necessary.
    • Support local and external teams in their day-to-day technical troubleshooting and requests. This could be via email, client calls, or in person.
    • Interact with a variety of stakeholders such as Technical Account Managers, Clients, Product, and Engineering.
    • Contribute to improving internal tools and business processes, improving productivity, and building infrastructure for onboarding and ongoing support.
    • Have a passion for learning and sharing your knowledge through presentations and documentation.
    • Be ready to jump on a call with a client and walk them through technical issues or solutions, offering first-class communication.

    We're looking for someone with:

    • A solid foundation in web development technologies JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Git, NodeJS, Regex.
    • Exposure to , Angular Web APIs, and other web frameworks is advantageous.
    • Bachelor's degree of 2:1 or higher (technical specialty preferable) or another form of programming training.
    • Must be organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful, and capable of envisioning innovative solutions in a complex environment.
    • Strong communicator, we want someone with the ability to convey technical concepts in a digestible manner.
    • Passion for offering support and sharing knowledge via documentation and presentations.
    • Experience with the browser developer tools.
