Our team is based from our office in
Bloomsbury so while we are currently working very much in a hybrid way - mix of working at home and in the office - you will need to able to travel to/from the office certainly some days per week and with the potential for that to increase in the fullness of time.


Ready to find out more about the role?


As a
Customer Services & Facilities Officer you will contribute to the effective and efficient management and progression of cases, providing administrative support to the local Family Court Advisers and Service Managers.


Should you join us your tasks will include:

  • Providing a professional
    National Office reception service that portrays a welcoming and positive image to visiting children and families as well as to all staff and other visitors.
  • Supporting arrangements for all meetings.
  • Supporting the management of the facilities, including building systems, CCTV, heating systems, air conditioning, lift maintenance etc.
- **A relevant qualification in business administration (e.g.

NVQ2), a willingness to work towards to a qualification and/or significant experience in a similar role**:
