Business Development Manager Graduate Scheme DSV Road are looking to take on graduates with a passion for sales to join our Business Development Manager Graduate Scheme.

Main purpose of Job

To learn how to win new business and work to agreed budget targets in line with the company growth strategy.

Develop skills in locating, developing, defining, promoting, negotiating, and securing new business by closing the sale.

Learn to develop and maintain DSV Road services to existing and potential clients ensuring a profitable return for the company.

Build expert knowledge of the DSV Groupage network.

Skills Required
No prior experience required.
Minimum of a 2:2 in any bachelors degree.
Full UK drivers license.
Legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
Able to attend our graduate assessment day –4th June, DSV Purfleet RM19 1NX.
Able to commence the role full-time in September 2024.
A result orientated, hardworking, self- starter.

Ability to communicate at all levels, with good persuasion and negotiation skills.

Starting salary between £23,000-£25,000 per annum.
Pre-determined salary increases following successful completion of KPI's.
