    Basic salary £35,500 per annum (+15% bonus)

    Excellent benefits including private medical care, 28 days holiday + bank holidays, & cycle to work schemesWe have partnered with a well-known business who are looking for a Call Centre Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team on a 12 month FTC in their Bristol offices.

    What you'll be doing

    Monitoring calls and emails to ensure they follow data protection
    Grading calls to ensure they align with company compliance
    Analysing and reporting data trends
    Coaching and training the team where necessary
    Ensuring the team provide a positive process for customers What you'll need to apply

    Previous Quality Assurance experience within a contact centre or a customer service environment
    Excellent communication skillsWhat you'll get in return for your talents
