About the role
You will work at our Swindon branch alongside a Sales & Customer Service Advisor who will assist in managing your schedule and welcoming customers, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
We provide state-of-the-art testing equipment and the latest hearing aids to ensure the highest level of clinical service for your patients.
Competitive monthly and quarterly bonuses in addition to a company car or a £3,000 car allowance.
You will receive full support from our UK Head Office Marketing team in attracting customers to your branch.
An opportunity to progress into Area Manager roles, participate in the training team, or explore roles within Amplifon in different countries. Receive 5 weeks of training to enhance your clinical skills and sales proficiency before starting.
- Conducting hearing tests, evaluating client needs, and presenting available options to them.
- Providing aftercare services following the Amplifon aftercare program.
- Supervising the clinic with the assistance of a Sales & Customer Advisor, including team management.
- Ensuring the team delivers a professional, friendly, and high-quality service.
- Creating a positive customer journey experience at Amplifon that exceeds expectations.
- Act as a role model for Amplifon by fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders such as colleagues, local community, and other healthcare professionals.
- Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC certification

Description
We are looking for an Audiologist who is dedicated to clinical care and has a business mindset to join our Amplifon team at the high street branch in Swindon.
Package
Basic salary ranging from £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
Competitive Uncapped Commission structure (monthly and quarterly)
Choice of Company Car OR Car Allowance of £3,000
25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays)
