Description

To be considered for the role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who is working in an Operations or Back Office role, of a Bank or Fund Administrator, who has knowledge of Loan products - especially with familiarity of working with Agents / Trusts/ Administrators, Cash / Position Reconciliations, Payments and maintaining the lifecycle of Loans.

You must want to work in buyside firm to be considered, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a very varied opportunity.

As you will be supportinga Credit and Loan fund, further knowledge of Fixed Income Bonds is deemed advantageous, as is a proactive and enthusiastic personality.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide support to the European operations team across all European credit activities
Monitor, track and maintain all investments (Originated, Middle Market and Broadly Syndicated Loans, Bonds, TRS, Real Estate loans and Repos, FX Forwards for hedging), for interest payments, restructures and all lifecycle activity
Ensure accurate booking of all cash activity related to European settlements in the accounting systems
Review daily cash and position reconciliations, investigate and resolve breaks timely and accurately
Perform month end position and accrual reconciliations
Ensure all loan amendments and corporate actions are tracked and voting administration is processed
Initiate new European security setups and work with the deal team to populate the relevant data in the Security Master
Support the compliance team with KYC requests
Engage directly with the investment and origination professionals to handle multifaceted inquiries
