Are you experienced within HR and have a love of all things ER?Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?

We have the privilege to work with a fantastic organisation in Nottingham who are looking for an experience ER advisor to join their established HR team on a part time basis.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Previous experience of working in Employee Relations
Proactive approach to own workload
Highly organised
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Determination to deliver work of a high standard
Full UK Driving Licence
CIPD level 3 qualified

Within this position, you'll also be:

Assisting in the managing of attendance, sickness and unauthorised absences
Monitoring absence for long term sick colleagues
Providing assistance and supporting in the preparation of letters and documents
Keeping employee records up to date
Ensuring that all Company rules, policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
Providing support in all aspects of matters relating to Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures, Sickness Absence, Equal Opportunities & Dignity at Work and Flexible Working procedures

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £30,000 - £32,000 (FTE) per annum, dependant on experience

25 days holiday pro rata + 8 bank holidays

Excellent pension scheme
