Are you experienced within HR and have a love of all things ER?Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?
We have the privilege to work with a fantastic organisation in Nottingham who are looking for an experience ER advisor to join their established HR team on a part time basis.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Previous experience of working in Employee Relations
- Proactive approach to own workload
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Determination to deliver work of a high standard
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CIPD level 3 qualified
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Assisting in the managing of attendance, sickness and unauthorised absences
- Monitoring absence for long term sick colleagues
- Providing assistance and supporting in the preparation of letters and documents
- Keeping employee records up to date
- Ensuring that all Company rules, policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Providing support in all aspects of matters relating to Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures, Sickness Absence, Equal Opportunities & Dignity at Work and Flexible Working procedures
Salary is £30,000 - £32,000 (FTE) per annum, dependant on experience
25 days holiday pro rata + 8 bank holidays
