We have partnered with a branding and advertising agency who have over twenty years' experience working within the not-for-profit/charity sector .

Due to growth they currently have a great opportunity in their design studio for a senior level designer. They are based in London and working remote on Fridays and 4 days in the office.
Senior role - We are recruiting for an exceptional experienced designer to lead our creative team.

While your creative skills will do most of the talking, you'll also be a strong verbal and written communicator, happy to present to clients at a senior level and equally at ease leading a team of junior/midweight colleagues.

Setting the tone for the creative direction of the agency
Managing a team of junior and midweight designers
Managing additional external / freelance support when required
Creative artworking
A talented and creative designer - a totally 'safe pair of hands'
Have completed a degree-level course, with a focus on graphic design/communication or advertising
Experience of managing junior colleagues
Have a keen interest in design trends across all channels
Be advanced and confident using Adobe Creative suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
An understanding of the UK Jewish community would be beneficial but not essential
