    The
    HRManager will provide generalist
    HRsupport and to ensure effective delivery of
    HRservices across the business, as the bank continues to grow, and helps to make finance markets work better for smaller businesses.

    The role will require working closely with and supporting the
    HRteam to ensure the delivery BBB's strategic objectives.

    You will manage employee relations casework including Performance improvement plans, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and redundancy as well as support business with projects including OD/change management processes.

    You will continuously monitor, collate employment legislation updates and the impact on
    HRpolicies and processes and work with
    HRteam members to implement changes where necessary.

    To be considered for this role you must have operational
    HRexperience and prior experience of
    employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and capability management.

    You will have the ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and be results and able to work on your own initiative.
