Newport City Council are looking for a dynamic and experienced person to support clients who are experiencing homelessness and are being placed into temporary Accommodation throughout the city.

You will be dealing with individuals and families who are in crisis situations and so compassion and empathy are essential for this role, as is being able to work well in a crisis with mínimal supervision.

You will need to make quick decisions and have a comprehensive knowledge of Housing and Homelessness legislation.

This is a fast-paced role, responding to individuals' circumstances in a timely and empathic manner.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and resourceful individual who works well within a team and can manage their own caseload.
