    Title: Media Sales Account Manager

    Location: Luton, High Wycombe and Hemel Hempstead.

    Salary: up to £30,000 plus car allowance and uncapped commission.

    Our client is looking for a Media Account Manager. Your role involves selling their comprehensive product range to new customers and expanding their existing customer base across private and public sectors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Consultative face to face sales role.
    • Develop expertise in your assigned marketplace, leveraging provided leads and building a local contact list.
    • Maintain and grow client base with clear quarterly revenue growth plans.
    • Identify client needs and offer tailored marketing solutions.
    • Meet weekly face-to-face and prebook meeting targets, accurately recording activities in Salesforce.
    • Generate weekly opportunities meeting revenue targets and provide accurate forecasts.
    • Become proficient in our product offerings to assist clients in achieving campaign objectives.
    • Collaborate with Campaign Hub and Creative Solutions teams, providing clear customer briefs for innovative solutions.
    • Efficiently plan and book client campaigns using their systems.
    • Invest in self-development, staying updated on internal communications and attending relevant training sessions.

    About you:

    • Delivering on sales targets and KPIs with a proven track record.
    • Experience in selling to small and medium businesses.
    • Sales background in radio, outdoor, or digital environments preferred.
    • Confident and resilient attitude, with a knack for self-sourcing leads.
    • Self-motivated, yet collaborative team player.
    • Strong grasp of sales cycle from opening to close.
    • Superb listening skills to understand client needs and prioritize objectives.
    • Adept at briefing campaign support teams.
    • Proficient in planning systems to craft effective campaigns.
    • Skilled in Salesforce for comprehensive activity tracking.
    • Excellent time management skills to maximize territory coverage.
