    Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams - software engineers, product managers and business users to define API specifications
    • Design, maintain, optimize, deploy scalable, efficient, and secure APIs with Azure Event Hub / Grid, Service Bus
    • Manage API versioning, deprecation, and documentation
    • Set up monitoring solutions to track API traffic and performance
    • Ensure the API Gateway high availability and fault tolerance
    • Implement security measures against common API security threats, such as DDoS attacks and injection vulnerabilities
    • Comply compliance with Legal and Privacy Regulations in different country, such as GDPR, PDPA

    Key Requirements

    Candidates must have:

    • Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in planning, designing, developing, architecting, and implementing cloud solutions
    • Hands-on experience and expertise in API specification (OpenAPI), documentation, developer portal & sandbox
    • Strong knowledge and experience on both relational and non-relational database designs
    • Excellent understanding of relevant technologies including RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT, CORS (Cross Origin Resource Sharing), Web Sockets, routing
    • Proficiency with code versioning tools (specifically Git and GitHub)
