Provide an efficient, accurate and effective support and administration service.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure all timesheets are correctly uploaded
    onbehalf of operational colleagues
  • Organise and arrange training for all colleagues. ensuring training records are up to date
  • Answer initial queries and escalate queries to relevant area of the organisation
  • Dealing with complex administrative processes and procedures ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
  • Compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, procedures and standards.

We'd love to hear from you if you could demonstrate...

  • Demonstrable experience of working in regulated administrative environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised
  • Adaptable to change and able to comfortably deal with conflicting demands
  • Comfortable with technology and at least an intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook etc.
  • Full and valid driving license is required as you will be travelling to and from our second offcie in Hazards Green (all travell costs will be covered).
