The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to sales account managers across the EMEA region by supporting them across a variety of administrative tasks.

The role will be within the Inside Sales Team, reporting to the Inside Sales Team Manager.


How you will make an impact:

  • Working in an international, diverse team with colleagues from different countries.
  • Future oriented sales environment in the area of cloud based content and solutions.
  • Submitting new and renewal digital books, reference works and databases orders for processing
  • Compiling business reports for customer usage and consortia holdings reports as required.
  • Responding to customer enquiries on pricing, contract options, invoicing and access issues; providing standard price quotes; liaising with the sales support department to ensure customer access issues are resolved quickly.
  • Assisting with market research and prospecting work for new customers or new markets;
  • Compiling prospective customer contacts and ensuring the CRM system (Salesforce) is maintained and updated
  • Communicating with Account Mangers, Sales Support colleagues, Inside Sales Team Manager and others as required.

We are looking for people who:

  • Must have excellent written and spoken English and preferably another European language; Able to compose informative and grammatically correct reports.
  • Strong track record in an administration role and good communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential for the role
  • Educated to GCSE level A-C grade or equivalent
