    SMALL ANIMAL VETERINARIAN SWINDON, ENGLAND
    VETERINARY SURGEON- Swindon, Wiltshire
    Have a university bachelor's degree in veterinary science, medicine, or surgery from one of the EAEVE approved universities. Be eligible to register with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
    Speak English with B2 level or working towards (IELTS certificate with 7.We are looking for either a newly graduated or experienced veterinarian

    Small animal surgeon required with a passion for general practice and a plan to further their career with structured CPD leading to certification if desired.

    in-house lab, critical care testing and monitoring, rigid and flexible endoscopy, PRP/Stem cell therapy, therapeutic laser.
    £Thameswood veterinary clinics. Established in 1986 to provide the highest standard of care to the public within the constraints of affordability and primary care.


    • New gold standard cat only clinic at main site
    • Facilities at main clinic allow cases to be dealt with in house with little need for referral
    • Supportive efficient management teams at each clinic
    • 36 staff members with nursing team of 16
    • Open supportive culture with emphasis on CPD and work life balance
    veterinary surgeon able to cope with medical and surgical cases.


    • Freedom to define your own position within the clinic ideally with a special interest.

    Quality of experience more important than quantity but would expect suitable candidate to have a few years' experience in practice.


    • Medical and surgical veterinary surgeon
    • Ability to coach others in the veterinary team.
    4 day week 9am till 6:30pm plus one in four Saturdays 9-12am


    • Additional 1 in 4 rota for hospitalised patient care.
    • 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
