An exceptional Secondary School in Hounslow are looking for a Academic Mentor who has the ability to support students with Maths as well as the enthusiasm to inspire learners through flexible and bespoke support.


JOB DETAILS:


PERSON SPECIFICATION:


  • To support learners with with their Maths needs that also demonstrates innovation and creativity in meeting their individual needs.
  • To support on a programme of appropriate courses.
  • To assess, review and record learner progress and update class teacher and learners' notes accordingly.
  • Take pride in your support and ensure each learner is supported in a way that promotes independence.

QUALIFICATIONS:


A degree/postgraduate specialising within Maths.

Previous experience support reading and scribing for learners within an educational setting.

An enhanced DBS check is required.
