Tempting Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a
local authority in
Tyneside, to recruit an experienced
Administrator If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year
Contract: 3-6 months (Possible Extension)
Salary:
£11.45p/h umbrella
Start:
ASAP
Shift Pattern: 36 hours / Full-time
DUTIES:
- Assist the Senior Credit Controller with invoicing and credit control, producing invoices in a timely manner and ensuring controls are in place regarding payment.
- Setting up appointments with trade customers.
- Maintain the customer database and ensure it is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with trade customers, processing all account documentation to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Experience of providing a customerfocused service in a demanding, fast paced customer service environment.
- Experience of keeping and maintaining accurate records.
