    As a Business Analyst overseeing ETRM projects in support of our Energy and Commodities division, you serve as a reliable consultant in this field. Your role involves partnering with teams engaged in significant Digital Business Transformation (DBT) initiatives, comprehending their business objectives, understanding end-customer needs, and consistently delivering value through rapid incremental cycles.

    Key qualifications include:

    • Proficiency in ETRM with a deep understanding of trade lifecycle, portfolio management, back-office, and risk processes.
    • Experience in the Energy sector, specifically in generating functional analyses for Trading Operations.
    • Background in Architecture, Design, Development, or Business Analyst roles with direct involvement in complex ETRM implementation projects.
    • Skill in applying modeling languages for design analysis and documentation.
    • Expertise in establishing automated software development lifecycles.
    • Knowledge of the Trading domain, ETRM packages, and relevant implementation experience.
    • Your responsibilities also extend to collaborating with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to define business goals and value pools. This, in turn, shapes product propositions aimed at achieving transformative business outcomes and enhancing customer experiences.

    Your tasks further encompass:

    • Developing a product vision, strategy, and conducting market/user research with a customer-centric focus, utilizing design thinking tools.
    • Participating in ideation workshops where you engage with cross-functional leaders to identify new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options.
    • Creating customer journey maps to guide product development and validating findings through user testing.
    • Collaborating with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers to ensure alignment with program increment (PI) objectives.
    • Establishing and maintaining a trusting relationship with clients, teams, and vendors, while cultivating influence without formal authority.
