We're currently looking for a commercially savvy, knowledgeable Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well-established Real Estate team in London.

Over the past 30 years, the Real Estate team has been serving a variety of commercial clients ranging from property companies, banks, hoteliers, high net worth individuals, and more.

They have been involved in the purchase, sale, and asset management of some of the most iconic and valuable properties in London.

The solicitor who will join their team will handle their own caseload, routinely dealing with commercial property matters and occasionally high-value residential conveyancing.

They are looking for a personable candidate who can undertake work with no supervision who knows their job; who is brilliant with clients and is a team player; who can supervise junior solicitors; and who has the potential to bring in new business to the firm.

The role available would be perfect if you have previously worked and gained experience in a larger firm and who want to enter a more relaxed working atmosphere with more client contact, responsibility, and flexibility.

It is essential for this role you have experience in dealing with high-value commercial property conveyancing, including purchases and sales; leases; lease renewals; licences for alteration; assignments; subletting; and other landlord and tenant matters; asset management; property finance; high-value residential property freehold and leasehold conveyancing; working knowledge of company law applicable to property transactions; and use of onshore and offshore companies would be desirable.
