    About the role
    Our recent growth presents us withthe opportunity to recruit apassionate RecruitmentResourcerto join ourEmployability Team. If you have a positive, can-do attitude and care about engagingpeople with new and exciting career opportunities, then we want to hear from you.

    The programme you will be working on is a Skills Bootcamp in Digital Marketing. You will be recruiting candidates onto the programme and then helping them at the end secure work.

    The work is highly rewarding because you will be helping people into work, often for the first time. However, the role requires you to be highly organised and to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We work nationally so we need you to be great at searching out roles where we need them.

    You will be working towards a target so you will need to be both ambitious and highly motivated.

    Essential Responsibilities [ The below listed tasks/responsibilities are not exhaustive:]

    • Provide thorough information, advice, and guidance to those on programme or wanting to start with us.
    • Meet our company targets for securing job placements.
    • Manage our existing referralsas well as establish your own referral network.
    • Processing all applicant paperwork.
    • Dealing with all incoming enquiries and to ensure all our systems are constantly updated.
    • Posting of vacancies on the National Apprenticeship Service portal, and other job boards.
    • Helping candidates apply for roles.
    • Liaising with employers to secure job roles and selling employers the benefits of skilled learners.
    • Be meticulous in ensuring all systems and processes are adhered to and further to this, work to continually improve all systems and processes.
    • Use reverse selling strategies to market highly skilled applicants into apprenticeship opportunities and jobs with employers.
    • Ad hoc tasks as necessary to support the employability function as required, to ensure a full and robust service to apprentices and clients.
    • Liaise with employers to agree interviews and gain suitable feedback when required.
    • Maintain contact with all candidates to track their career progression.
    • Respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place.
    • Work in accordance with set policies and procedures.

    Experience

    • Previous experience of high-volume recruitment.
    • Previous experience of engaging young people in apprenticeship/job opportunities.
    • Previous experience working as a recruitment consultant.

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Ability to communicate at a level that is professional, but also engaging with people.
    • Be efficient and knowledgeable when planning any recruitment strategies.
    • Have a positive attitude and take ownership of seeking out newand innovative solutions to recruiting high numbers of young people.
    • Be ambitious with a can-do attitude to be able to exceed targets and work under pressure.
    • Haveknowledge of Apprenticeship Programmes and how they work
    • Be an interactive and supportive team player who strives to add to the qualityand value to the business.
