• Leverage risks and opportunities- pursue and adopt new technologies and drive implementation across product lines
• Implementation of optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods, and controls; coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products.
• Provide and share expert process knowledge and technical skills so that the teams can achieve consistent and sustained manufacturing efficiency and process improvement.
• Project and display an engaging, empowering and encouraging leadership style. Lead the production technicians with focus and consistency displaying a challenging and questioning approach to correct variation from standard.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Competent project management skills.
• Can commit to occasional international travel.
