About the role:

Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Engineers and Consultants work on a range of projects and Power Platform support roles for different customers, with durations ranging from a few months to longer term assignments.

Responsibilities:

Building a Power Apps component to meet a business need
Configuring and customising a Dynamics 365 module such as Customer Service, Financial Operations to meet your customer's requirements
Building a Power Automate Flow to automate a business process
Building a Power BI dashboard to provide actionable insights to a customer
Building a Power Apps Portal to enable your customer to engage with their customers over the internet
Developing a custom code component in C
Modernising customers Power Platform tooling and provisioning, for example developing and managing governance and guardrails (Data Loss Prevention, Centre's of Excellence)
Supporting an existing Customer's Power Platform environment and user base as a 3rd line Engineer.
Create and Manage Power Platform Environments
Package and install Power Apps using Application Lifecycle Management

Must-have skills/experience:

Model driven apps, Dataverse (Common Data Service) or Dynamics 36
Excellent communication and customerfacing skills
Experience of Dataverse and/or other common data services, integration with SharePoint and Azure storage

Desirable skills/experience:

Power BI
Power Automate

Power Apps Portals

Canvas and Model Drive Application Development and Support
Dynamics Product Experience
Azure
PowerShell
SharePoint
JavaScript
RESTful APIs
SQL (particularly SSRS and SSIS)
Dynamics or Power Platform certifications
ITIL Methodology
