    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Support Administrator to join our Service & Heat Supply team based in Cambuslang (Glasgow).

    The role will involve:

    As Service Support Administrator you will be the first point of contact for the Service Support Desk calls and emails, parts ordering, assisting with housing jobs coordination, and general administration duties.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Supporting the Service Desk Manager and team to create service tickets and allocate to engineers
    • Working autonomously from the main Service Support Desk team at Fort William, keeping in contact via Microsoft Teams, phone, and email
    • Assisting with reviewing incoming service reports and supporting in actioning any follow up works as required
    • Assisting with planning on site works and coordination of engineers, specifically the housing team jobs
    • Supporting the Service Desk Manager and team to monitor boiler uptime on ISTA on a proactive basis and ensure uptime is maximised as per team KPIs
    • Parts; to assist with coordinating the procurement function of the Service and Heat Supply team, following the parts procurement process
    • To assist with booking accommodation, ferries, parking, and other travel for the Service & Heat Supply team
    • Generating purchase orders and goods received notes
    • Assisting with ordering PPE and uniform, liaising with managers and supervisors
    • Assisting with calibration records and arranging equipment testing, ensuring equipment testing is monitored, records are updated, and equipment carried out ahead of expiration dates
    • Liaising with suppliers and generating customer quotations for products and/or services
    • Liaising with sub-contractors, filing job reports, and ensure works and subcontractor plans are in place
    • Providing internal and external customers with job reports, photographs and any additional information required
    • Assisting with stock management at AMP Cambuslang Office to improve efficiency
    • Receiving deliveries to Cambsulang Energy Centre, and notify the team and engineers
    • As a key holder for the AMP Cambuslang office allow access to the office for meetings, training, engineers and to be available to allow access for contractors and others to the Energy Centre at Cambuslang

    What we are looking for:

    Experienced in delivering administration support in a fast moving and demanding operational environment our successful candidate will also demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

    • Experience within logistics/planning/scheduling
    • Good geographical knowledge, covering Scotland locations
    • Customer service experience
    • Experience with database systems and apps
    • Strong communicator and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
    • Excellent organisational and administration skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Proactive and solution driven
