We are seeking an Experienced Building Surveyor with contract administration experience on UK building projects, to work on a permanent employed basis.


Based remotely in the Devon area, but able to reach an Exeter based office a couple of times per week to liaise with colleagues for meetings, this Senior Building Surveyor role is a busy and varied position focused primarily on residential and commercial buildings and will entail contract administration work, requiring strong CDM regulations skills and a proficiency for working on Insurance related projects.


Chartered status (MRICS or MCIOB) is desirable and would be advantageous, however it is not essential and a Senior Building Surveyor with previous UK based experience would be considered.

A strong background as a Building Surveyor is an essential requirement, as is a strong demonstrable understanding of up to date CDM regulations and a proficiency for contract administration.


You should have experience and working knowledge of engineering, surveying and the architectural and planning practices and procedures for UK buildings, as well as strong skills and demonstrable experience in contract administration.


This is a full-time permanent employed position, and you will require your own vehicle and driving licence for accessing sites.

£40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
