    With a strong foothold in the market and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced HR Director to join the team and drive human resources initiatives forward.

    THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN ATHENS AND REQUIRES A GREEK SPEAKER Position Overview:

    As the HR Director, you will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a culture of excellence.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and promote employee engagement and retention. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including developing employer branding strategies and optimizing recruitment processes. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and proactively address any compliance issues. Oversee employee relations activities, including investigating and resolving employee concerns and grievances. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for enhancing HR policies and procedures.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. HR experience in the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations applicable to the FMCG sector. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support organizational growth.
