ABOUT THE ROLE


The role of Advertising Operations Coordinator is to assist in maximizing and facilitating all advertising sales opportunities, by providing administrative and production support to the advertising sales team.


PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Input all UK & US advertising sale orders in to Advantage.
  • Be responsible for and produce invoices.
  • Take the lead in debt management between Credit control and Sales.
  • Build good relationships with immediate colleagues internally and externally.
  • Assist the Advertising Sales team with customer queries.
  • To be responsible for the month end Digital Campaign Report checks and communication to the customers.
  • Exceed minimum expectations with regards systems such as Advantage.
  • To support the Advertising Operations Manager as required.
  • To be involved in all advert operations.
  • To have input and be involved in all projects.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.


ABOUT YOU

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of 2 year experience of dealing with customer account queries/invoicing.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Professional telephone manner and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to learn new systems as required.
