I'm working with one of the most successful planning consultancies in the UK, who are looking to expand their team with a Senior Planner at their Guildford office.

If you're currently working as a Senior Planner, Planner or Assistant Planner within one of the following; developer, consultancy or local authority – then I want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle workload while being supervised by Directors/Associate Directors.
• Conduct planning research and investigations.
• Evaluate and assess development plans, addressing practical implications for client properties.
• Create reports and planning applications.
• Manage daily operations of applications.
• Support project team coordination.
• Communicate with local authorities and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified, MRTPI, RTPI accreditation.
• Currently working for a house builder, consultancy or local authority.
• Good knowledge and experience handling planning applications in the UK.
• Enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
