As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior staff, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the success of a professional practice.

Provide support to the Building Surveying Team across various business issues

• Undertake full Building Surveying duties under supervision
• Assist in establishing client briefs, managing fees, cost control, and project supervision
• Stay informed about current legal developments in construction and associated law
• Maintain training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for RICS APC accreditation

Bachelor's degree in a RICS accredited course
