Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are looking to speak with ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Accountants, who would be interested in a Finance Manager role with one of the south coast's most progressive employers.

Working as part of a collaborative Finance team, you will benefit from a hybrid working pattern with 2 days a week home working, and flexible hours.

The Group Finance Controller is also renowned locally for his supportive approach and willingness to developmembers of the department.

This job would suit someone who has the personality to have difficult conversations with senior stakeholders, as well as the commercial acumen to partner with departmental leads and help shape commercial decisions.

You'll also have the technical competency to prepare management, statutory and WIP accounts, whilst recognising complex revenue streams in a project-orientated environment.
