An industry leading contractor in the commercial contract flooring market is looking for a motivated, driven person to join their sales team.

The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in their various ongoing projects and the overall progress of the company.

About our Client:

Our client is a market leading, flooring sub-contractor, with offices in the London area. They are well-respected and established and are one of the UK?s leading commercial flooring contractors.

They have worked on some of the most prestigious commercial projects in the region over their 25-year history.

Their turnover has increased year-on-year and have a large pipeline of work for the year ahead already.

About the Role:

The role is available because of an internal promotion.

The Salesman / Estimator will work in the company?s our end user sales department.
This is less doing tenders and more going to site to measure.
The bulk of the work/clients are be based in and around central London.
Previous experience within the flooring sector.
Previous experience doing site measurements & surveys.
Flexible selfstarter with ability to prioritise.
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Wider knowledge and understanding of various interiors systems.
