First Line Support Engineer

£22,000 to £27,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including 15% pension, 31 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and excellent training & development plans etc.

A key client of ours, based near Bradford, is looking for a First Line Support Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

The First Line Support Engineer will be joining a well-established and growing organisation in the education industry.

The successful First Line Support Engineer will ideally have previous experience providing IT support. A driving licence and car will be essential due to the occasional requirement to attend other sites.


Essential skills:


  • Microsoft based operating systems
  • Keen and motivated to learn
  • Previous IT support experience
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Must have a driving licence and access to a car every day
