    Position Overview:

    As a Recruitment Consultant for Academics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education by connecting talented professionals with educational institutions. This role offers a fantastic blend of challenge, collaboration, and personal development, catering to both experienced consultants and ambitious individuals looking to enter the recruitment field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with educational institutions to understand their staffing needs

    Source, screen, and interview candidates for academic roles

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on quality and efficiency

    Stay abreast of industry trends, educational policies, and changes affecting recruitment

    Requirements:

    For Trainee Consultants

    A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment

    For Experienced Consultants

    - Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector

    Strong network and relationships within the education community

    Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
