We have opportunities to join us as a Team Manager leading our Family Safeguarding Teams across Surrey. Our teams are located in Woking, Guildford, Walton on Thames and Redhill.

When not working with our residents in the community, we are keen to support agile working with a combination of home and office working. We are keen to get the balance right of providing flexibility but ensuring you feel connected to your team andthe service.

The salary range for Team Managers is £46,634 - £52,625 per annum. We also offer a?financial package of up to £6,000 which is payable in 3 instalments across your first 18 months in post. Our Family Safeguarding model:

We take a motivational approach to supporting families under the Family Safeguarding model. This is a strength based model and includes a multi-agency approach to working with children and families.

We have brought together Social Workers, Family SupportWorkers and a range of adult practitioners; Domestic Abuse Practitioners, Recovery Workers, Mental Health Practitioners and Psychologists so that the whole team can work together to address all the issues facing a family.

Having professionals from differentdisciplines working under one roof, our teams are able to?work closely together, minimising the time spent on making referrals to other agencies for support.
