The Job:

Nurture and develop clients through engagement plans and activities
Secure new clients and new business
Set up appointments to enable Avvanz solutions to help prospects achieve their goals
Develop business development plans with success factors and KPIs
Manage and evaluate client feedback to identify areas for improvement

What they're looking for:

More than 2+ years of sales experience within the HRtech industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing or any related field of study
Experience in working with SaaS, Salesforce, Siebel or Zoho is preferred.
A personable individual with a strong Hunter mentality, excellent communication skills and a teamorientated mindset
