Office Coordinator

Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum

***A temporary to permanent opportunity as an Office Coordinator in a leading property company


Office Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Acting as the main point of contact for all UK office related matters including meeting and greeting visitors
  • Coordinating room bookings and receiving calls
  • Ordering and restocking of office kitchens
  • Managing diaries and organising internal/external meetings
  • Organising events, booking travel, hotels, restaurants and couriers
  • Maintaining any filing and database systems and carrying out regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these
  • Collating and producing documents
  • Invoicing

Office Coordinator Essentials:


  • Minimum 12 months of Corporate Partnerships experience
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels within a business
