- Leading on the creation of our analytical reports.
- Ensuring accuracy of the data and keeping within our Key Performance Indicators for quality, accuracy and timeliness.
- Responding to queries within agreed appropriate time frames from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Implementing validation & reconciliation exercises with the data produced.
- Production of ad hoc reports or data enrichment tasks as required.
- Attending client meetings as required.
- Assist with maintenance and upkeep of the team's intranet pages.
- Other tasks as directed.
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent within a relevant data/analytical/business related subject.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Basic Acturis platform knowledge (training will be provided).
- Competent on Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Good attention to detail.
- An articulate and confident self-starter with an analytical mind-set.
- Prior experience working at a broker or insurance company dealing with commercial and/or general lines insurances could be useful, but not essential.
- Previous work experience/internship within a data/reporting related role.

What can you expect:
To support the team with data and technical tasks related to Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS). The MPS Retail team are a group of 19 colleagues from across the UK who operate under a hybrid office and home working model.
Primarily, you will be responsible for the production of contracted analytical reports and any ad-hoc reports required in support of the wider team. This will include internal management information and external client reports.
