Job Title:
Franchise Funding Officer

Contract:
Fixed Term Until July 2024, Full Time

Hours: 37 per week

Salary:
£28,648 - £30,599 pro rata
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Franchise Funding Officer within the MIS department at Cardiff and Vale College. This role will be based at One Canal Parade.

Responsibilities include:

Support the monitoring of all Franchise funding income and forecasts and ensure they remain within set targets.
Support the reporting and analysis of data to inform termly returns to Welsh Government and help inform future curriculum planning.
To oversee and set up the Franchise courses across the college and wider subcontract network.
To be the main point of contact regarding Franchise course set up.
Ensure the Franchise invoices are accurate:
Maintain income spreadsheets for each franchise
Ensure funding values are correct
Update and monitor withdrawals, transfers and completions
Work with the Franchise Quality Officer to ensure:
SLA funding values are correct and up dated as necessary
Data presented at termly Franchise meetings is accurate and up to date
Attend termly Franchise meetings
Monitor and report on the following to be presented to Senior Management and the Executive:
Enrolment numbers
Withdrawals
Completions
Funding values and analysis of data.
Welsh language skills are not essential but would be desirable for this role.
