    We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a public sector contractor, who are looking for a Regional Operations Manager based in Exeter, covering Devon & Cornwall.

    Our client public sector repairs, maintenance and projects contractor, is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to be based in Devon - covering the Devon & Cornwall and Somerset areas.

    Day to day management of repairs, maintenance and construction projects.
    Daily liaison with the commercial team
    Project Management and programme management with regular client and head office updates
    Experience of social housing repairs, maintenance & refurbishment
    Ability to work alone and as part of a team
    IT literate using Microsoft office programmes, outlook & PowerPoint
    UK driving licence
    Client based role, with flexible site locations around Dorset
    Full set up of laptop mobile phone provided
    Company car or car allowance
